It has been recalled that Awash wine s.co has been provided a general English course for 38 employees in cooperation with British Counsel.

Awash wine s.co believe that a good communication skill is essential to the company if tasks are going to be completed and goals achieved. The program aimed to gained a good communication skill to the participants. This program has been divided into three sections; starter, Elementary and Intermediate.

Regarding of the successful completion of the program awash wine has been organized a Certification Delivery program.

The managing director and HRD of the company spoke about the importance of such kind of programs and hoping that the participants will transfer the skills to their jobs and make a difference. We honored the participants by giving them a certificate.

አዋሽ ወይን ጥሩ የመግባቦት ችሎታ የካምፓኒውን ግብ ለማሳካት አስፈላጊ ነው ብሎ ያምናል፡፡ የስልጠናው አላማም ለተሳታፊዎች ጥሩ የመግባቦት ችሎታን ለማካበት ያለመ ነው፡፡ ስልጠናውም በሶስት የተከፈለ የተለያዩ ደረጃዎች የተከከፋፈለ ነበር፡፡

የድርጅቱ ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተርና የሰው ሃብት አስተዳደ ዳይዴክተር ስለ መሰል ስልጠናዎች አስፈላጊነት አብራርተው ሰልጣኞች ያገኙትን ችሎታ ወደ ተግባር በመቀየር ለውጥ እንደሚያመጡ ያላቸውን ተስፋ ገልፀዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም ለተሳታፊዎች የምስክር ወረቀት ተሰቷል፡፡
