We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Expert to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their IT career looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and network devices.
• Support network operations, including monitoring network performance and assisting with basic network administration tasks.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and common office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus Points (but not required):

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
